Pros:
- The image used is attention grabbing - what happened to their faces!?!
- The copywriting goes seamlessly with the picture
- The point of the ad is really clear and easily understandable. It also is educational.
Cons:
- I suspect this is a case of "over photoshopping" as the models look almost doll-like
Overall:
This ad works because it communicates its message so clearly, that Alzheimer's makes you forget even things like your wedding day and who you married. I think they did a good job of getting the point across in a really tactful way. It helps people to understand what Alzheimer's is and be accepting of the condition.
